George Stewart is a dedicated public servant with a passion for fostering community growth. His extensive background in local initiatives and financial planning positions him as both a trusted voice in the community and a leader who understands the real needs of Gainesville residents.
George is a veteran and a finance professional who calls the Gainesville area home. He lives with his wife and youngest daughter in Haymarket, where he serves as Vice Chair of the Gainesville Democrats and represents the community on the Prince William County Board of Equalization and the Potomac-Rappahannock Transportation Commission. George is running to stop reckless data center expansion, promote smart and sustainable growth, and ensure schools remain fully funded despite the current administration’s efforts to gut education budgets.
